The prices of the holiday apartments are per apartment and day excluding tourist tax.
The room prices are per person and day including tourist tax and breakfast.

• Short stay surcharge up to 4 nights
• 40% deposit within 7 days
• Cancellation according to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry
• If the entire holiday home is rented, the deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made 4 months prior to arrival.
