Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.

Reservation:
Are only valid in writing by email. In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 40% of the total amount within 7 days by Bank transfer.

Payment:
The billing takes place at the latest one day before departure.
We only accept cash.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Reduction for children:
Reduction for children when staying in their parents' room on request.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. you don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. Please visit www.europaeische.at for more information.

Smoker / non-smoker:
All of our rooms / apartments are non-smoking rooms / apartments.

Cancellations:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will invoice the room price (minus meals). The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Short stays:
For short stays of less than 4 days we charge € 10 per person / per day.

Parking
One parking space is available for each room directly at our house.

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.

Holiday home:
Separate cancellation conditions apply when you book the entire house.

Cancellations 2 months before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
